Terms of use

This User Agreement is entered into between Inomax Limited and the User, a person using the Inomax platform services.

Application for an Automatic Agreement

1. By registering on the Inomax platform, the User automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

1.2. This User Agreement establishes:
1.2.1. the Terms of Use of Inomax platform
1.2.2 Rights and obligations of the users of Inomax platform
1.2.3 Communication and interaction between Inomax platform users and the administration of the platform and Inomax Limited
1.2.4 Basic requirements for Inomax platform users.

Inomax Limited

2.1. Inomax Limited is registered in the United Kingdom. Date and number of registration in the register of legal entities: 14554963

2.2 Inomax Limited is engaged in management of investors' cryptocurrency capitals.

2.3 Inomax Platform is the name of the digital platform designed for trading operations and online interaction between Users and Inomax Limited.

Users

3.1 Any person who is at least 18 years of age, regardless of nationality and place of residence, may become a User of Inomax Platform (hereinafter referred to as the User).

3.2 The User confirms the lawful origin of the assets used on Inomax Platform.

3.3 The User confirms that he or she lawfully manages the assets used on Inomax Platform.

3.4 The User independently maintains the records required under the laws of the country of residence or nationality of the User.

Prohibitions and Limitations

4.1 The User is not allowed to spread negative information about Inomax Limited and Inomax platform.

4.2 It is prohibited to register multiple accounts on Inomax platform.

4.3 If the User violates clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of the User Agreement, Inomax Limited shall have the right to restrict access to the User's account on Inomax platform and to block the User's assets on Inomax platform.

Processing of Personal Data and Confidential Information

5.1 Inomax Limited processes Users' Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Act.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Directive (EU) 2016/680.

5.2 Processing of Personal Data means the following operations: collection, storage, analysis, systematisation, use, updating, destruction of information received from the User.

5.3 Any information obtained from the User by employees of Inomax Limited within the framework of this Agreement shall be deemed confidential.

5.4 Inomax Limited undertakes to take appropriate and reasonable steps to prevent the transfer of the User's confidential information and personal data to any third party.

5.5. Inomax Limited undertakes to ensure the safe storage and transfer of confidential information and personal data of Users. The transfer of data shall be conducted using cryptographic methods.

Warning about Risks

6.1 Inomax Limited warns and the User confirms that they are fully aware of the possible financial risks of investing in cryptocurrency assets.

6.2. Inomax Limited warns and the User confirms that Inomax Limited, in the event of financial market turbulence beyond the control of Inomax Limited that makes it impossible for Inomax Limited to perform its obligations, does not guarantee the User's profit, is not responsible for possible losses of the User and is not responsible for the User's assets.

Customer Service

7.1. Inomax Limited undertakes to provide the Users of Inomax platform with free information support in the following formats:
7.1.1. Operator's response to User's question via Online Chat.
7.1.2 Response by means of Offline Ticket.
7.2 The maximum response time to a User's question is 72 hours.

Complaints

8.1 Any complaints about the operation of Inomax platform shall be submitted in writing by the Users.

8.3. Any disagreements between the User and Inomax Limited will be settled in the process of negotiations.

8.4 If the disagreement is not resolved in the process of negotiation, the User has the right to apply to the competent court located in the United Kingdom.

Amending

9.1 These Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement may be amended by Inomax Limited for any of the following reasons:
9.1.1. Changes to the current applicable law.
9.1.2 Changes in the technical conditions of Inomax platform.
9.1.3. Optimisation of the regulations of Inomax platform.

9.2 All changes to this User Agreement shall be notified by Inomax Limited within three days.
